They have the perfect texture and I wanted to find a recipe that taste like them. My favorite kind of oatmeal cookies are from McDonald’s. I happen to be in the first group – I love them! You too? You have to try this recipe. Those who like oatmeal raisin cookies and those who don’t. Cool for 10 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.I’ve found that there are two types of people. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Place them about 2-inches apart on the tray - do not press down. Use a 1/4 cup ice cream scoop to scoop and shape the balls of dough. Add the toasted oats and raisins and mix until just combined. With the stand mixer running, slowly add the dry ingredients until combined.
